I’m always ready for an adventure! Whether it's across the country or around the world, I’ll travel wherever your love story takes me. For local shoots, I’m based in Portland, OR and Lihu'e, Kaua'i, but I’m happy to discuss travel arrangements for destination weddings and elopements. Travel fees apply for locations outside a certain radius, but I’m more than happy to work with you to make it happen!
For driving within Oregon, Washington, and surrounding areas, I charge $50 per hour of driving to your location. For flights within Hawai'i, or any other destination, I just ask for coverage of necessary expenses like plane tickets, accommodations, and transportation. I’ll always discuss and agree on these details with you upfront, so there are no surprises. For 8-hour packages and Travel/Destination Weddings, travel fees are waived for certain locations—let’s chat to see if your destination qualifies!
A second shooter is another professional photographer who works alongside me to capture even more angles and moments throughout your day. They help ensure that no important moment is missed, from different perspectives during the ceremony to additional candid shots during your reception. It’s a great way to add extra coverage, especially for larger weddings or if you want to capture more details!
Great question! I always recommend wearing something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Neutral tones and soft textures photograph beautifully, while avoiding busy patterns or logos keeps the focus on you. If we’re shooting outdoors, consider the location—flowy dresses look amazing in open fields or on the beach, and cozy layers work great for woodsy vibes. Most importantly, choose something that reflects your personality and makes you feel like your best self. If you need help, I’m happy to offer suggestions or guide you with outfit ideas!
If you need to reschedule or cancel, I totally understand that life happens! While retainers are non-refundable since they secure your date, we can absolutely chat about rescheduling if something comes up. I’ll do my best to work with you to find a new date that works for both of us. Communication is key, so just let me know as soon as possible! Don't forget to review the cancellation policy in your contract.
No, I don’t provide RAW files or any unedited photos/jpegs. My editing process is a key part of my artistic style, and RAW images require specialized software to process. Delivering them would be like handing over an unfinished painting. Every image you receive is carefully curated and edited to reflect my signature look, ensuring the highest quality and best representation of your session.
